Municipal bond and government bond sales postponed as the world bond market is having an interest rate panic. Apparently there is a lot of leverage at work in the bond market forcing liquidations by speculative types. Individual investors are probably doing what they usually do, that is buying high and selling low.
Another bubble blows. This one having been inflated by Fed buying and the lenders in China who appear to have been running their own version of the sub prime lending boom.
